Stephen Jones is a prolific Realtor® and Real Estate Investor whose consistent work ethic, drive, and passion have all earned him the reputation as a dedicated industry leader countrywide. Moreover, he is known as a Preferred Investment-Focused Realtor for the Real Estate Investment Network RBG Program, Keyspire, and Investor on Fire. Over the course of half a decade, he has garnered extensive hands on experience in helping fellow investors achieve their goals. In addition, he formerly served as a Manager for the Province of Ontario.
Embarking on his investment journey back in 1998, Stephen purchased his very first investment property in the heart of Pickering, Ontario for $147,000. To date, he is involved in land development and the owner of multiple properties not only in Ontario, but in Alberta and British Columbia as well. Vallery Black – Sales Representative

Vallery is a dedicated, focused and hardworking self starter that likes a challenge. With Vallery’s assistance, a selling client can be assured their home will be effectively marketed, priced well and achieve fair market value. Conversely, Vallery will work tirelessly to find the right home or investment for buyer clients. She will be discerning, treating you like family and advise you accordingly when preparing to make this important acquisition.

Vallery comes from a strong background of customer service, management and public service. She has had an interest in real estate and investing since being a young adult. Learning first hand the benefits of sweat equity, she helped a family member renovate and convert single family homes to both duplex and triplex units in Toronto. This sparked Vallery’s interest in the potential of real estate investment.

Vallery was able to buy her own first property in her mid 20’s and hasn’t looked back. She has now branched out to own a short term rental property in Blue Mountain and a recreational property in the Kawartha’s. Her motivation is to help others realize their own dream of owning real property and to help families find not only their perfect home, but also help them through the process of acquiring their biggest asset.

Vallery is a long time resident of Whitby and has lived in the Durham Region for most of her life. Working within the community with the Blueline Group was an easy decision for her. Vallery is a lifelong learner who strives to continually grow and welcomes challenges as a way to evolve. During Vallery’s downtime, you can find her outside, with close friends and family, reading, travelling, camping and cottaging- Ideally, many of those things at the same time! Vallery’s greatest accomplishment will always be the family she has grown with her husband, Derek. Roger Gouveia – Sales Representative

The most recent addition to the Blueline team, Roger held senior sales positions in the chemical distribution & printing consumables industries for over 25 years and started his own home upscaling business driven by his passion for carpentry before starting his career in Real Estate. He met his partner, Linda, online, when they lived on opposite sides of the planet and now currently share four constantly hungry teenagers and Charlie the Cockapoo. Roger cycles the back roads of Durham Region and golfs during the summer but prefers to hunker down with movies or a good read in our chillier months while cheering for all Toronto sports teams, even when on losing streaks. His strong work ethic, people skills and past sales experience make him a great fit for the Blueline Real Estate Group.
